Common use of Agreement to Be Bound Guarantee Clause in Contracts

The Guaranteeing Subsidiaries hereby become parties to the Indenture as Guarantors and as such will have all of the rights and be subject to all of the Obligations and agreements of a Guarantor under the Indenture.
