Common use of Agreement to Covenants Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Covenants. Each of the covenants of this Section 4 are given by Employee as part of the consideration for this Agreement and as an inducement to Employer to enter into this Agreement and accept the obligations hereunder. Employee has had adequate time to consider these covenants and to consult with an attorney or other advisor concerning them. Employee acknowledges that Employee understands these covenants and agrees to them freely and voluntarily.
