Common use of Agreement to Exchange Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Exchange. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will sell and issue to the Holder, and the Holder will acquire from the Company, $286,789.00 of Convertible Debenture of the Company in exchange for the cancellation of the outstanding debt currently owed to the Holder in the aggregate amount of $286,789.00 in the form of Notes.

Agreement to Exchange. Agreement to Exchange. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will sell and issue to the Holder, and the Holder will acquire from the Company, $286,789.00 of Convertible Debenture 12,500 worth of the Company Company's Debentures in exchange for the cancellation of the outstanding debt currently owed 250,000 shares of Stock issued to the Holder in the aggregate amount of $286,789.00 in the form of NotesHolder.

Agreement to Exchange. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will sell and issue to the Holder, and the Holder will acquire from the Company, $286,789.00 260,000 of Convertible Debenture Debentures of the Company in exchange for the cancellation of the outstanding debt currently owed to the Holder in the aggregate amount of $286,789.00 260,000 in the form of Notes.
