Common use of Agreement to Exclude Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Exclude. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 38A(1) of the 1954 Act as inserted by the Regulatory Reform (Business Tenancies) (England and Wales) Order 2003 the parties agree that the provisions of Sections 24 to 28 inclusive of the 1954 Act are to be excluded in relation to the tenancy created by this Lease.
