Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its choice of law principles. Any claim arising under or by reason of this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Chicago, Illinois, and You irrevocably consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
