Common use of Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement including its Annexes and Amendments and any arrangements regarding its performance, shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Hellenic Republic. In the event of a dispute, claim or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the present Agreement (including a breach of its terms), the Parties shall make every possible effort to amicably settle such dispute, claim or disagreement in good faith. The courts of Athens, Greece shall be the only competent courts for the resolution of any disputes, of legal or tortious nature that may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination.
