Agreement to Grant Rights to Owner. 4.2.1 Design-Build Subcontractor is fully aware of the ownership and property rights to use the Work Product which may be granted to Owner therein. Design-Build Subcontractor accepts and agrees to Owner’s ownership and property rights with respect to the Work Product contained in the Design-Build Agreement.
