Agreement to Guarantee Obligations. Guarantor hereby agrees with each Holder of a Security, and with each Holder of any coupon appertaining to any such Security, and with the Trustee on behalf of each such Holder, to enter into and thereby become bound by the terms and provisions of the Guarantee in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, a copy of which shall be executed and delivered by the Guarantor concurrently with the execution and delivery hereof.
