Agreement To Hold in Confidence and Not Disclose Confidential Information. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, and except as otherwise provided in Section 9.2 below, each Purchaser shall hold in confidence and not disclose to any other person or entity any Confidential Information (as defined in subsection 9.3 below) of the Company without the prior written consent of the Company.
