Common use of Agreement to Issue Notes Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Issue Notes. The Republic agrees to issue and sell the Notes to the Underwriters as provided in this Agreement on May 7, 2021 or such later date, not being later than May 14, 2021, as the Republic and the Underwriters may agree (the “Closing Date”).
