Agreement to Jointly Make Required Tariff Changes to Implement Agreement. The Parties agree that they shall cooperate in good faith in the filing of any Section 205 filings before FERC that may be required to implement the terms of this Agreement to facilitate the Effective Date. Whenever practicable, the Parties agree that they shall make simultaneous filings with FERC concerning such Tariff filings.

The Parties agree that they shall cooperate in good faith in the filing of any Section 205 filings before FERC that may be required to implement the terms of this Agreement Agreement, including revisions to facilitate the Effective Datea Party’s OATT as necessary to implement Sections 6.2, 6.3, 9.4.1, and 9.4.2 of this Agreement. Whenever practicable, the Parties agree that they shall make simultaneous filings with FERC concerning such Tariff tariff filings.
