Common use of Agreement to Make Loan Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Make Loan. On the terms and subject to the conditions of this Loan Agreement, Lender agrees to fund the Loan to Borrower Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) on or before August 15, 2018. The proceeds of the Loan shall be paid by wire transfer to an account designated in writing by Borrower.

The proceeds of the Loan shall be paid by wire transfer to an account designated in writing by Borrower.

The proceeds of the Loan shall be paid by wire transfer to an account designated in writing by the Borrower.
