Common use of Agreement to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Pay Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. In the event the Lessee should default under any of the provisions of this Agreement and the Agency should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the Rental Payments payable hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Lessee herein contained, the Lessee agrees that it will on demand therefor pay to the Agency the reasonable fees and disbursements of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred.

In the event the Lessee should default under any of the provisions of this Agreement Agreement, and the Agency Agency, the Trustee or any Bondholder should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the Rental Payments rentals or other amounts payable hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Lessee herein containedcontained or contained in any other Security Document, the Lessee agrees that it will on demand therefor pay to the Agency Agency, the Trustee or such Bondholder the reasonable fees and disbursements of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred.

In the event the Lessee should default under any of the provisions of this Lease Agreement and the Agency Lessor should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the Rental Payments amounts payable hereunder or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation obligations or agreement agreements on the part of the Lessee herein contained, the Lessee agrees that it will shall, on demand therefor therefor, pay to the Agency Lessor the reasonable fees and disbursements of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred, whether an action is commenced or not.

In the event If the Lessee should default under any of the provisions of this Lease Agreement and the Agency Issuer, the Bank or the Trustee should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the Rental Payments payable hereunder payments due under this Lease Agreement or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation agreement or agreement covenant on the part of the Lessee herein contained, the Lessee agrees that it will on demand therefor pay to the Agency Issuer, the Bank or the Trustee (as the case may be) the reasonable fees and disbursements fee of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurred.

In the event the Lessee should be proven to be in default under any of the provisions of this Agreement Lease and the Agency Lessor should employ attorneys or incur other expenses for the collection of the Rental Payments payable hereunder rent or the enforcement of performance or observance of any obligation or agreement on the part of the Lessee herein contained, the Lessee agrees that it will on demand therefor pay to the Agency Lessor the reasonable fees and disbursements of such attorneys and such other expenses so incurredincurred by Lessor.
