Agreement to Pay Expenses and Attorneys’ Fees. If an Event of Default shall occur and the Director shall incur expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, in connection with the enforcement of this Agreement or any other Loan Document, or the collection of sums due thereunder, the Borrower shall reimburse the Director for the expenses so incurred upon demand.
