Common use of Agreement to pay O&M Charges Clause in Contracts

Agreement to pay O&M Charges. The Applicant shall pay O&M charges to the Inter-State transmission licensee on mutually agreed terms for the bay equipment of Applicant being operated & maintained by the Inter-State transmission licensee in their substation. These O&M charges will be governed from time to time as per mutually agreed terms.

The Applicant applicant or inter-State transmission licensee shall pay O&M charges to the Inter-State transmission licensee CTU on mutually agreed terms for the bay equipment of Applicant applicant or inter-State transmission licensee being operated & maintained by the Inter-State transmission licensee CTU in their substation. These O&M charges will be governed from time to time as per the mutually agreed terms.
