Common use of Agreement to Protect Corporate Property Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Protect Corporate Property. If, as and when the Company or any Affiliate that employs you, adopts an Agreement to Protect Corporate Property (a “Property Agreement”), then the grant of your Award is subject to and contingent upon your execution of the Property Agreement within the time frame specified by the Company and in the method specified by the Company. If the Company does not receive your executed Property Agreement within the time frame specified by the Company, then this Agreement and the Award granted to you will be void. The Committee may, in its sole discretion, allow an extension of time for you to return your signed Property Agreement.
