Agreement to Provide Information. You agree to provide to the Fund, upon written request, the taxpayer identification number (“TIN”), the Individual/International Taxpayer Identification Number (“ITIN”), or other government-issued identifier (“GII”), if known, of any or all Shareholder(s) of each account held of record by you and the amount, date, name or other identifier of any investment professional(s) associated with the Shareholder(s) or account (if known), and transaction type (purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange) of every purchase, redemption, transfer, or exchange of Shares held through an account maintained by you during the period covered by the request.

You agree to provide to the Fundus, upon written request, the taxpayer identification number (“"TIN”"), the Individual/International Taxpayer Identification Number (“"ITIN”"), or other government-issued identifier (“"GII”"), if known, of any or all Fund Shareholder(s) of each account held of record by you in accounts registered in your name and the amount, date, name or other identifier of any investment professional(s) associated with the Shareholder(s) Shareholders or account (if known), and transaction type (purchase, redemption, transfer, transfer or exchange) of every purchase, redemption, transfer, transfer or exchange of Fund Shares held through an account maintained by you during the period covered by the request.
