AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE SITE SERVICES. (A) SITE SERVICES PROVIDED BY WEYERHAEUSER. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Weyerhaeuser agrees to provide to Domtar through Weyerhaeuser’s existing facilities the services set forth on Exhibit A hereto (the “WY Site Services”), and Domtar agrees to take from and to pay Weyerhaeuser for such WY Site Services.
