Common use of Agreement to Purchase and Sell Securities Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Purchase and Sell Securities. On the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this Agreement, Purchaser agrees to purchase, and the Company agrees to sell and issue to Purchaser, at Closing (as defined below), that number of Securities set forth on the signature page attached hereto. The purchase price of each share shall be $1.35.

Agreement to Purchase and Sell Securities.
