Agreement to Purchase or Lease. You, the Buyer, agree to purchase or lease the vehicle described in your Vehicle Configuration (the “Vehicle”) from Tesla Motors Limited (“we,” “us” or “our”), pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Any other terms and conditions related to your Vehicle, including payment terms, are excluded. Your Vehicle is priced and configured based on features and options available at the time of order. Options, features or hardware released after you place your order may not be included in or available for your Vehicle.
