Common use of Agreement to Sell and Purchase Accounts Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Sell and Purchase Accounts. Seller agrees to sell, and Buyer agrees to purchase, the Accounts described in the Account Schedule, subject to the terms, provisions, conditions, limitations, waivers and disclaimers set forth in this Agreement.
