Common use of Agreement to sell the Sale Shares Clause in Contracts

Agreement to sell the Sale Shares. The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the Sale Shares with effect from Closing free from all and any Encumbrance and together with all rights attaching to the Sale Shares and all dividends and distributions declared, paid or made by the Company on or after Closing.
