The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director or officer and/or officer, as applicable, of the Corporation Company at the will of the Company for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or and qualified, appointed or until such time as the Indemnitee tenders a resignation in writingwriting or is removed as a director and/or officer, as applicable, in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws as amended from time to time; provided, however, Indemnitee may at any time and for any reason resign from such position.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to shall serve as a director or officer of the Corporation for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until such time as the Indemnitee tenders a resignation in writing. This Agreement creates no obligation on either party to continue the service of the Indemnitee for a particular term or any term.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or and/or continue to serve as a director or and/or officer of the Corporation for Company, at its will, so long as the Indemnitee is duly appointed or elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the applicable provisions of the by-laws of the Company or until such time as the Indemnitee tenders a his/her resignation in writing.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director or officer AND OFFICER of the Corporation Company at the will of the Company for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until such time as the Indemnitee tenders a resignation in writingwriting or is removed as a director AND/OR OFFICER.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director or officer [director/officer] of the Corporation for so long as the Indemnitee is duly elected or appointed or until such earlier time as the Indemnitee tenders a resignation in writing.
