Common use of Agreement to Serve Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Serve. Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as director and/or officer of the Company, at the will of the Company or under separate contract, if such exists, for so long as he is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Company or until such time as he tenders his resignation in writing.

Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as director and/or officer a [DIRECTOR/OFFICER] of the Company, at the will of the Company or under separate contract, if such exists, Corporation for so long as he is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Company or until such earlier time as he tenders his resignation in writing.

Agreement to Serve. In consideration of the indemnity provided by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as director and/or officer of the Company, at the will a Director or Officer of the Company or under separate contract, if such exists, for so long as he or she is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Company appointed, or until such time as he or she tenders his or her resignation in writingwriting or is otherwise terminated from such position in accordance with Company policy. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create or constitute a contract of employment between the Company and the Director or Officer or serve to restrict the termination of the Director or Officer’s relationship with the Company by either party.

Agreement to Serve. The Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director and/or officer of the Company, at the will and agent of the Company or under separate contract, if such exists, for in the capacities Indemnitee may hereafter agree to serve so long as he is duly appointed or elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Certificate of Incorporation, Bylaws or otherwise of the Company Company, or until such time as he tenders his resignation in writing.

Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to create in Indemnitee any right to continued employment.

Agreement to Serve. Agreement to Serve. Agreement to Serve. Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as a director and/or officer of the CompanyCorporation or any Enterprise and, at as Indemnitee and the will Corporation may agree in writing, in any other capacity for the Corporation and/or as a director, officer, employee or agent of the Company or under separate contract, if such existsany other Enterprise, for so long as he or she is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of NRS, the Company Articles and the Bylaws, or until such time as he or she tenders his resignation a resignation. The Corporation acknowledges that Indemnitee is relying on this Agreement in writingso serving.

Agreement to Serve. Agreement to Serve. Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as director and/or an officer of the Company and/or the Company's subsidiaries, at as the will of the Company or under separate contractcase may be, if such exists, for so long as he is duly appointed or elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bylaws By-laws of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company or until such time as he tenders his resignation in writing. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to create in Indemnitee any right to continued employment.

Agreement to Serve. Indemnitee agrees to serve or continue to serve as director and/or officer of the Company and, from time to time, certain subsidiaries of the Company, at the will of the Company or under separate contract, if such existsas the case may be, for so long as he he/she is duly elected or appointed and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Bylaws of the Company or until such time as he he/she tenders his his/her resignation in writingwriting or he/she is removed from such position. Nothing herein shall create any right to continued employment or appointment.
