Agreement to Subsist. Notwithstanding the completion of the sale and purchase of the Said Sale Shares, the provisions warranties undertakings and agreements contained herein shall continue thereafter to subsists for so long as may be necessary for the purpose of giving effect to each and every of these clauses in accordance with the terms hereof.
