Common use of Agreement to Teach Clause in Contracts

Agreement to Teach. 1.01 The Teacher agrees with the Education Entity to teach, supervise or administer in a public school administered by the Education Entity for days during the term of this Agreement. The scheduling of such days shall be determined by the Regional Executive Director/Superintendent, the person in charge of the school system.

Agreement to Teach. 1.01 The Teacher agrees with the Education Entity to teach, supervise or administer in a public school administered by the Education Entity and the Education Entity agrees to employ the Teacher on a full-time basis for a minimum of one-hundred and seventy-five (175) days during the term per school year in each of two (2) consecutive years, subject to Article 20.02 (ii) Tenure of this Agreement. The scheduling of such days shall be determined by the Regional Executive Director/Superintendent, the person in charge of the school system.

Agreement to Teach. 1.01 The Teacher agrees with the Education Entity to teach, supervise or administer in a public school administered by the Education Entity and the Education Entity agrees to employ the Teacher on a full time basis for one-hundred and ninety-five (195) days during per school year or such fewer number of days as permitted by the term terms of this Agreement or the terms of a Regional Agreement. The scheduling of such days shall be determined by the Regional Executive Director/Superintendent, the person in charge of the school system.
