Agreement Transition. In the event the Agreement ends by either expiration or termination, Engineer shall, at the request of the County, assist in the transition until such time that a replacement engineer can be named. Engineer acknowledges its responsibility to cooperate fully with the replacement engineer and the County to ensure a smooth and timely transition to the replacement engineer. Such transitional period shall not extend more than ninety (90) days beyond the expiration/termination date of the Agreement, or any extension thereof. During any transition period, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as originally written.
