Agreement Updates. 31.1. We reserve the right to change or add to the terms of the Agreement at any time and, where appropriate, we will notify you when we make any substantial updates.
Agreement Updates. Affinity may update or amend this Agreement or any of the Incorporated Developer Terms from time to time. You will check the Developer Site regularly for updates. Affinity will alert you of material revisions to these terms by posting the updated terms on these sites, via a service notification, or by other suitable means (e.g., via email to an email address associated with your account). The changes will not be retroactive, and the most current version of the Affinity Developer Agreement, available at the Developer Site, will govern your access to and use of the Licensed Material and any corresponding transactions. Your continued access or use of the Licensed Material will constitute binding acceptance of such updates and modifications.
Agreement Updates. Asavie may need to amend, modify, update or substitute any of the provisions of this Agreement at any time. Any such amendment, modification, update or substitution will be notified to you when you next access the AccessMyLAN service. You have the right to withdraw from this Agreement if you do not accept any amendments, modifications, updates or substitution of any of the provisions of this Agreement and in such an event you must cease all access and use of the AccessMyLAN service by you and all end-users. You will need to agree to the amended, modified, updated or substituted provisions of this Agreement in order to continue to access and use the AccessMyLAN service by you and any end-users.
Agreement Updates. Blendtec reserves the right to update this Agreement (including all applicable terms referenced herein) at any time, effective upon posting an updated version of the Agreement to the Blendtec website at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx. You shall monitor the revision date/version number, and any change to its posted date/version number will be deemed notice to you that the terms have been updated. However, subject to Section 8.c, your rights and obligations with respect to any particular Products will be as provided in the version of this Agreement executed by you or available to you at the time of your purchase of such Products.
Agreement Updates. NinjaOne may update this Agreement from time to time. NinjaOne will post the updated version on its website or otherwise provide You notice thereof. If You do not agree to the updated terms, You shall notify NinjaOne in writing within 30 days following the update, and You shall have the opportunity to terminate the Agreement and receive a refund of any pre-paid Fees for the unused portion of the subscription set forth the Order Form at the time of the termination. Your failure to provide such notice, and/or Your continued use of the Software for more than 30 days following the update, shall constitute Your acceptance of any updated terms.
Agreement Updates. 8.1 NeuLingo reserves the right to modify any clause of this Agreement at any time. As soon as there is a change in the content of this Agreement, NeuLingo will directly publish the modified content of the Agreement on the NeuLingo website, which will be regarded as NeuLingo notifying users of updated content. NeuLingo can also employ other methods in notifying users of modified agreement content.
Agreement Updates. We may revise and update this Agreement from time to time, and will post the updated Agreement to our Portal. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE AMENDED VERSION OF THIS AGREEMENT, ANY CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT WILL APPLY IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING. Although we are not obligated to provide you with notice of any changes, any changes to this Agreement will not apply retroactively to events that occurred prior to such changes. Your continued use of our Portal will constitute your agreement to any new provisions within the revised Agreement.

You shall monitor the revision date/version number, and any change to its posted date/version number will be deemed notice to you that the terms have been updated. Your rights and obligations, however, with respect to any particular Products will be as provided in the version of this Agreement executed by you or available to you at the time of your purchase of the Products.
