Updates to this Agreement. We may update the terms of this Agreement from time to time. If We do, We will post the updated terms or will otherwise notify You. If You renew the Term, or purchase additional Services, after the updated Agreement has been posted, You agree to the updated terms unless Your existing Agreement with Us expressly prohibits updating the Agreement by this mechanism.
Updates to this Agreement. Prizetech Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Prizetech Product after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Prizetech Product.
Updates to this Agreement. We reserve the right to update this Agreement from time to time to reflect new changes, policies, and restrictions on domain name registrations as determined by us, and/or as required by ICANN or any Registry Operators. If we make material changes, we will let you know by, for example, posting a notice in your account or on our site, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new Terms will take effect. If you do not agree to the new Terms, then you must stop using our Services within the designated notice period, otherwise your continued use of our Services will constitute your acceptance of any updated Terms and will be subject to the new Terms going forward. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name be cancelled or transferred to a different registrar, and agree that such cancellation or transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.
Updates to this Agreement. You agree that we shall have the right to make changes to this Agreement from time to time, but if we do so we will notify you.
Updates to this Agreement. Azimo will publish a revised version of any changes to the terms of this Agreement on the Papaya Platform and/or at this link: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/third-party-payment- processors/ within 30 days of the changes taking effect].Company’s continued use of the Virtual Account shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If Company does not agree to the revised terms, Company shall terminate this Agreement.
Updates to this Agreement. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY TPF IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AT ANY TIME. When changes are made, TPF will make a new copy of the Terms of Use Agreement available on the Website. We will also update the “Last Updated Date” at the top of the Terms of Use Agreement. If we make any material changes, and you have registered with us to create an Account (as defined in Section 3.1 (Registering Your Account) below) we will also send an e‐mail to you at the last e‐mail address you provided to us pursuant to this Agreement. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective immediately for new users of the Website and/or Services and will be effective thirty (30) days after posting notice of such changes on the Website for existing Registered Users. If you do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you shall stop using the Website and/or the Services. Otherwise, your continued use of the Website and/or Services constitutes your acceptance of such change(s). PLEASE REGULARLY CHECK THE WEBSITE TO VIEW THE THEN‐CURRENT TERMS.
Updates to this Agreement. (a) Subject to Applicable Law, DriveLoyalty may change or modify this Agreement at any time by sending or posting a revised version to xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/DriveLoyalty. If we are required by Applicable Law to provide notice of changes to this Agreement, we will do so in conjunction with updating the Effective Date of the Agreement. Your continued use or maintenance of your DriveLoyalty Account following fifteen (15) calendar days of such update to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of such modified version of this Agreement and its updated terms. The updated version will be effective as of the updated Effective Date. If you do not agree to this Agreement, or any revised version of this Agreement, we may restrict or otherwise require you to close the Account. You should periodically review this Agreement for changes to terms and conditions in addition to any relevant disclosure documents.
Updates to this Agreement. Usage of farm data is rapidly evolving. Farmobile may update this Agreement during the Term to reflect changes in (a) the law, (b) the PUC device's functionality, (c) data sharing options through the Farmobile website, or (d) Farmobile's agreements with other technology providers. No change in this Agreement shall occur without your continued consent.
Updates to this Agreement. We may change this Agreement at any time, and we will try to let you know as soon as possible when we have made any changes, by, for example, posting a notification on the Plugin. You can view the most current version of this Agreement in the End User License Agreement section of the Plugin. The “Last Updated” legend at the top of this page indicates when this Agreement was last revised. Any changes to this Agreement will become effective upon the earlier of: (a) your first use of the Plugin with actual notice of such changes, or (b) 30 days after we post or distribute the revised Agreement, in which case those changes will apply to your use of the Plugin after the last updated date of the revised Agreement. If you do not wish to accept the new Agreement, you must immediately stop using the Plugin.
