Agreement With Respect to Collateral. Grantor and Secured Party agree that to the extent that any of the Collateral may be deemed to be a Fixture as opposed to Equipment, Inventory, or any other form of Collateral that may be perfected by the filing of a UCC financing statement, it is the intention of Grantor, Secured Party and Secured Creditors that such Collateral be deemed to be Equipment, Inventory, or any other form of Collateral that, to the extent not prohibited by Law, may be perfected by the filing of a UCC financing statement and such Collateral not be deemed to be a Fixture.
