Agreement with Respect to Colorado National Bank. The Assuming Bank shall continue to provide operational support to the acquirer of Colorado National Bank, including support for core banking applications as well as other applications, as may be required to support infrastructure in the normal course of business until a transition of these systems can be accomplished, but in any event, not more than 180 days from Bank Closing.
