AGREEMENT1. 1. The Articles and provisions contained herein constitute a bilateral and binding agreement (Agreement) by and between the Contra Costa County Superintendent of Schools (Employer) and the Contra Costa County Schools Education Association/California Teachers Association/National Education Association (Association), a Unit Member organization. 2. This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540-3549 of the Government Code. 3. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2019. For the second and third year of the agreement the following items shall be bargained by the Parties:
