Agreements Among Sellers. Nothing contained in this Section 5.10 shall be deemed to prohibit the Sellers from entering into agreements among themselves with respect to such Parties' obligations under this Section 5.10, so long as such agreements do not change any obligations of any of such Sellers to the Buyer pursuant to this Section 5.10 or otherwise.
