Agreements and Layouts. The Engineer shall prepare each agency agreement, exhibit, and layout sheet in accordance with the requirements of each agency and as directed by the State. The Engineer shall coordinate with each agency and the State to determine submittal requirements, processing schedules, and exhibit formats. The Engineer shall submit each exhibit to the State for review and processing.
