Common use of Agreements and Other Requirements Clause in Contracts

Agreements and Other Requirements. The Developer hereby agrees to perform any and all requirements of the Annexation Agreement entered into between the Town and the Developer on August 20, 2018, which was recorded at Reception No. 2018054189, of the Douglas County real estate records. The requirements of the Annexation Agreement are in addition to the requirements of this Agreement and are not intended to supersede any requirements contained herein.

The requirements of the Annexation Agreement are in addition to the requirements of this Agreement and are not intended to supersede any requirements contained herein.
