Common use of Agreements and Statutes Clause in Contracts

Agreements and Statutes. Any reference in a Finance Document to: 1.4.1 this Agreement or any other agreement or document shall be construed as a reference to this Agreement or, as the case may be, such other agreement or document as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended, varied, novated or supplemented; and 1.4.2 a statute or treaty shall be construed as a reference to such statute or treaty as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended or, in the case of a statute, re-enacted.
