Agreements Binding. All agreements reached under the Grievance Procedure between the representatives of the Employer and the representatives of the Union will be final and binding upon the Employer and the Union and the employees.

Agreements Binding. 4.1. Where you accept these Terms and Conditions electronically, this is done in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (as amended or replaced from time to time) (“ECTA”) and acknowledge and confirm that you have read and understood and shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Agreements Binding. Only agreements reached between the duly recognized representatives of the Employer and of the Union will be final and binding upon the Employer, the Union and the employees. The Employer and the Union shall indicate in writing to the other up to date names of their duly authorized representatives.
Agreements Binding. Assuming due execution and delivery by the parties thereto other than the Borrower, this Agreement, the Escrow Instructions and the Note constitute, and the Security when executed and delivered pursuant hereto will constitute, the legal, valid and binding obligations of the Borrower, enforceable in accordance with their respective terms. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement, the Note, the Escrow Instructions and the Security will not result in a violation of the constituent governing instruments of the Borrower or any resolutions adopted by the members of the Borrower, violate any provision of law or other governmental directive (assuming that no such violation will occur as a result of the status or capacity or any activity of the Bank), or conflict with or result in the breach of any provision of any agreement to which the Borrower is a party or by which it or any of its property or assets is bound, and will not constitute a default or an event that with the giving of notice or the passing of time, or both, would constitute a default under any such agreement, or require any approval or consent of any governmental authority or agency having jurisdiction except such as has already been obtained.
