Agreements concerning Restricted Products. DBS will not enter into any separate agreements with any of the other parties to this Agreement about the development, implementation, operation or maintenance of the System involving another party`s Restricted Products without the agreement of such party. Notice of other such matters, proposals or agreements will be provided to the LLC for a thirty day review period, but nothing in this Agreement will restrict any party from moving forward from entering into such other agreements with DBS. Such notice shall be kept confidential by the members of the LLC Group.
