Agreements on Design Modification. I. If the Buyer cancels the housing purchase, the Seller shall refund the paid housing purchase price, along with the corresponding interest calculated in accordance with the deposit interest rate of the same period published by the People’s Bank of China, to the Buyer within 30 days after the housing purchase cancellation notice is delivered to the Seller.
