Agreements Protecting Confidential and Proprietary Information. In connection with and as a material condition of the Company’s decision to offer Executive employment, Executive understands, acknowledges and agrees to promptly execute and be bound by certain restrictive covenants during and after her employment with the Company, as contained in the Company’s Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement (“PIIA”). A copy of the PIIA is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
