Agreements re Intellectual Property Rights. Promptly upon request from time to time by the Creditor, such Debtor shall authorize, execute and deliver any and all agreements, instruments, documents and papers that the Creditor may request to evidence the Security Interests in any Intellectual Property Rights of such Debtor and, where applicable, the goodwill of the business of such Debtor connected with the use of, and symbolized by, any such Intellectual Property Rights.
