Agreements related to the Property. Borrower shall not enter into, amend, modify or terminate any agreement related to the Property or the Collateral that reasonably would be expected to hinder, delay or impair the payment of the Debt or any portion thereof or performance by Borrower of any of its Obligations under the Loan Documents, without the prior written consent of Lender.
