Common use of Agreements with Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Agreements with Affiliates. Except for agreements or arrangements with Affiliates wherein the Borrower or one or more of its Restricted Subsidiaries provides services to such Affiliates for fair consideration or which are set forth on Schedule 4.1(s) attached hereto, neither the Borrower nor any of its Restricted Subsidiaries has (i) any written agreements or binding arrangements of any kind with any Affiliate or (ii) any management or consulting agreements of any kind with any Affiliate, other than those between the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries.

Agreements with Affiliates. Except for agreements or arrangements with Affiliates wherein the Borrower or one or more of its Restricted Subsidiaries provides services to such Affiliates for fair consideration or which are set forth on Schedule 4.1(s) 8.12 attached heretohereto or which are otherwise in compliance with Section 8.12, neither the Borrower nor any of its Restricted Subsidiaries has (i) any written agreements or binding arrangements of any kind with any Affiliate or (ii) any management or consulting agreements of any kind with any Affiliate, other than those between the Borrower and its Restricted SubsidiariesSubsidiaries or referred to in this Section 5.28.

Agreements with Affiliates. Except for (1) agreements or arrangements set forth on Schedule 4 and (2) agreements or arrangements with Affiliates wherein the Borrower or one or more of its Restricted Subsidiaries provides services to such Affiliates for fair consideration on terms no less advantageous to the Borrower or which are set forth on Schedule 4.1(s) attached heretosuch Subsidiary than would be the case if such transaction had been effected with a non-Affiliate, neither the Borrower nor any of its Restricted Subsidiaries has (i) any written agreements or binding arrangements of any kind with any Affiliate or (ii) any management or consulting agreements of any kind with any Affiliate, other than those between the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries.

Agreements with Affiliates. Except for agreements or arrangements with Affiliates wherein the Borrower or one or more of its Restricted the Borrower's Subsidiaries provides goods or services to or receives goods or services from such Affiliates for fair consideration or which are set forth on Schedule 4.1(s) 5 attached hereto, neither the Borrower nor any of its Restricted the Borrower's Subsidiaries has (i) any written agreements or binding arrangements of any kind with any Affiliate or (ii) any management or consulting agreements of any kind with any Affiliate, other than those between the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries.
