Agreements with Connected Parties. 5.1 6.3.1 There are no existing contracts or arrangements material to the Business business of the Group between, on the one hand, any Business Seller or the Group Company and, on the other hand, the any relevant Seller or any other member of the Seller’s Group Sellers’ Group, other than Intra-Group Indebtedness or on normal commercial terms in the ordinary course of business.
