AGREEMENTS WITH MEMBER. The Company may acquire Property from or lease or sell Property to, borrow money from or lend money to, enter into any agreement or contract with, or reimburse for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with business of the Company, the Member, any Affiliate of the Member or other Person related to the Member, or any member of the Management Committee on such arms-length terms and conditions as the Member shall determine to be appropriate.
