AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES. This Agreement is subject and subordinate to the provisions of any agreement heretofore or hereafter made between the City and the United States, the execution of which is required to enable or permit the transfer of rights or property to the City for airport purposes, or the expenditure of federal grant funds for Airport improvement, maintenance or development. Airline shall reasonably abide by the requirements of agreements entered into between the City and the United States, and shall consent to amendments and modifications of this Agreement if required by such agreements or if required as a condition of the City’s entry into such agreements.
