Common use of AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES Clause in Contracts

AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES. This Lease is subject and subordinate to the provisions of any agreements heretofore or hereafter made between the Commission and the United States, the execution of which is required to enable or permit transfer of rights or property to the Commission for airport purposes or expenditure of federal grant funds for Airport improvement, maintenance or development. Tenant shall reasonably abide by requirements of agreements entered into between the Commission and the United States, and shall consent to amendments and modifications of this Lease if required by such agreement or if required as a condition of the Commission’s entry into such agreements.

AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES. Tenant shall reasonably abide by requirements of agreements entered into between the Commission and the United States, and shall consent to amendments and modifications of this Lease Agreement if required by such agreement or if required as a condition of the Commission’s entry into such agreements.
