Common use of Aid in Disposition Clause in Contracts

Aid in Disposition. Lessee agrees that, during the Term (and during any storage period) it will cooperate in all reasonable respects with any efforts of Lessor to lease or sell the Aircraft, including without limitation (subject to the provisions of Section 12) permitting potential lessees or purchasers to inspect the Aircraft and the records relating thereto.

Aid in Disposition. Lessee agrees that, that during the last year of the Term (and during any the storage periodperiod set forth in Section 17.11) it will cooperate in all reasonable respects with any the efforts of Lessor to lease or sell the Aircraft, including without limitation (subject to the provisions of Section 12) permitting potential lessees or purchasers to inspect the Aircraft and the records relating thereto, provided that Lessee shall not be required for such purpose to interfere unreasonably with the use of the Aircraft or incur out-of-pocket expenses for which it is not reimbursed.
