Aid to Arbitration. Either party hereto may request a court of competent jurisdiction residing in to render assistance in the arbitration as is permitted by the Arbitration Rules of FINRA or to grant provisional injunctive relief to either party solely for the purpose of maintaining the status quo until the arbitrator can render an award on the matter at hand or in question and such award can be confirmed by a court having jurisdiction thereof.
