Aid to Arbitration. Any party hereto may request a court of competent jurisdiction to grant provisional injunctive relief to such party solely for the purpose of maintaining the status quo until an arbitrator can render an award on the matter in question and such award can be confirmed by a court having jurisdiction thereof.
